Our company is CAN-SPAM compliant. We send promotional email to dealers that we have an Established Business Relationship (EBR) with, as defined by the law. All promotional emails contain a link to unsubscribe to any future electronic correspondence not dealing with a transaction.

Transactional emails are not covered by the CAN-SPAM Act and are considered to be any email that pertains to normal business communications. This can include the emailing of a proof, pricing information, or any other electronic correspondence not related to promotional uses.
